| 4 | The development would facilitate the delivery of flood alleviation works and due to its temporary nature and its siting adjacent to the reservoir and telecommunications base station it is considered that the proposal would not have a detrimental impact upon the landscape, amenity or highway safety. Due to the location the site may be vulnerable to crime but again due to the nature of the site it would be expected that the contractor would take steps to mitigate this. The proposal would not therefore compromise the aims of the Development Plan |
