1 All works to the tree(s) shall be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent tree surgeon in accordance with BS specification 3998 (as amended). REASON: To safeguard the health of the tree(s).
2 The work shall be begun not later than the expiration of TWO YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
3 A scheme of replanting comprising 1 (no) broad leaf tree (not susceptible to the Setomelanomma fungus) shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority in the planting season following the removal of the tree(s). REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
