| 2 | Within two months of the date of permission hereby granted to remove TS2 of Tree Preservation Order 02/2011, details of the species, plant size and location of the replacement tree shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The replacement tree must be planted within the first planting season following the removal of TS2 and if the replacement tree becomes seriously damaged or diseased within five years of planting it must be replaced in the next planting season with a similar species and size. REASON: To maintain and enhance the visual amenity of the street scene and the character and appearance of the site. |
