1 The remaining conditions (and those as varied by later applications) attached to Planning Permission reference R/2011/0815/F3 shall remain applicable to the development. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
2 New Condition 11:The premises shall be open to customers between 0900 and 2300 each day unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the local Planning Authority. REASON: To safeguard the amenities of residential properties.
3 The variation of Condition 11 attached to Planning Permission reference R/2011/0815/F3 due to the sites location would not create conditions prejudicial to the character of the area, highway safety, residential amenity or crime prevention. The development therefore accords with the aims of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS5, CS18, CS26, DP1, DP2 & DP3.
