Due to changes in the predicted traffic volumes there is no longer a requirement for the physical mitigation measures originally proposed for this junction to be implements, as the junction can safety operate in its current form. The removal of the conditions complies with the policies and guidance within the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
