# Condition Details
1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'Proposed Plan 20-100' received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st June, 2012. 'Site Plan 90-02' and 'Elevations 20-200' received by the Local Planning Authority on 19th July, 2012. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 The patio area shall not be used outside the hours of 0900-2300 on any day. REASON: To safeguard the amenities of the adjoining residential properties.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2, DP3.
