1 The hazardous substances shall not be kept or used other than in accordance with the particulars provided in the Hazardous Substances Consent Application Form, nor outside the areas marked for the storage of the substances on the plan which formed part of the application, supplemented by: Drawing No 600016/00/01/00067 Revision P1, Dated 10.10.12 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
2 REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within a recognised industrial area which has been identified as being suitable for storage use of hazardous substances. There are no health and safety or environmental objections to the application.
3 Co-operative Working Statement: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS10, DP2, DP3, DP6 and DP7.
