| 4 | Details of the proposed roof and wall insulation together with section drawings shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the insulation. The approved details shall be implemented in their entirety. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt as full details were not submitted with the application. |
| 5 | Notwithstanding the details submitted the roof lights proposed to be installed on the extension roof details shall be installed in accordance with details that have first been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. The approved scheme shall be implemented in its entirety. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 6 | Notwithstanding the submitted details prior to their installation on site full details of the proposed windows and doors (including sections) together with details of their colour finish shall have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved details shall be implemented in their entirety. REASON: In the interests of the integrity of the heritage asset. |
| 7 | Prior to their installation at this site full details and specification of the timber screen and air source heat pump shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved details shall be implemented in their entirety. REASON: Full details have not been submitted with the documentation. |
| 8 | REASON Due to the amount, type and design of the works proposed it is considered that the proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan. |
