2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: (Dwg No 003 and 004) received by the Local Planning Authority on (22/05/12) REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
