This will result in a less intensive use of the site and as a result, it is considered that the proposed development will not cause harm to the amenities of adjoining occupiers. The development will bring back into productive use a building currently is a poor state of repair. The development will not adversely affect the character and appearance of the general area or conservation area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
