Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 3 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Banner Frame sign detail received on 14th May 2012 (91238V01) Drwg no MAC-4610-GA-001 Rev A (General Arrangement) received on 28th June 2012. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 4 | It is considered that the proposed banners will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with policy DP12 of the Local Development Framework and the shop front and advertisements SPD. |
