| 3 | The use of the premises herby approved shall be limited to a training centre within Class D1 (c) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 and for no other purpose, including any other use within Class D1, without the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority to whom an application must be made. Reason; The application site is located in an area allocated and reserved for employment use in the Development Pan, the use of the premises for a training centre is consistent with planning policy for the area but the Local Planning Authority considers it necessary to control other uses within the same use class which may not be consistent with planning policy in order not to prejudice the approved Development Plan. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
| 5 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS9, CS20, DP2 and DP3. |
