# Condition Details
1 Speedway races, as defined by the applicant in statement received 18th April, 2012, on site shall not take place outside the hours of 1900 and 2200 and only on a Thursday. Speedcross races, as defined by the applicant in statement received 18th April, 2012, on site shall not take place outside the hours of 1000 and 2100 Monday to Friday and 1100 and 1800 Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. REASON: In the interests to protect local and neighbour amenity.
2 Practise sessions for Speedway races, as defined by the applicant in statement received 18th April, 2012, shall not exceed 6 hours per week and there will be no more than 2 riders on the track at any one time during these sessions. REASON: In the interests to protect local and neighbour amenity.
3 Informative Note: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody operating the site to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person.
4 Informative Note: Notwithstanding any approved details made under planning provisions, should any noise, odour or other nuisance occur then action may be taken under statutory nuisance provisions.
5 REASON: The variation of condition to allow the operation of the Speedway track for the use of Speedcross is considered acceptable and accords with the policies contained within the Council's Local Development Framework Development Plan Policies. The use will not cause a significant loss of amenity to local properties or residents and there are no issues with regards to public or highway safety.
6 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS4, DP2, DP3 and DP6.
