Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'Advertisement Drawings 01', 'Notice Board Details 01' and '0833/109-1 A' received by the Local Planning Authority on 16th March, 2012. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
