Insufficient information has been provided, as part of the application, in relation to the sound proofing of the unit and the mitigation of noise and vibration disturbances. Due to the potential for disturbance the application has the potential to adversely affect neighbour ameniyt. The application is therefore contrary to policies DP2, DP3 and DP6 of the Local Development Framework (2007)
