# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing Numbers C3007-00-001 Rev P4 and C3007-00-004 Rev P2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14 May 2012 and Drawing Numbers C3007-00-002 Rev P3 and C3007-00-003 Rev P3 received by the Local Planning Authority on 29 March 2012. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to the installation of any apparatus or buildings at this site details of all-intra site pipework and equipment not shown on the approved plans shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved details shall be implemented in their entirety. REASON: This information has been omitted from the submitted documentation.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within an area identified for industrial purposes and due to the size, design and location of the development is unlikely to create conditions prejudicial to the character or appearance of the area, ecology, flooding, amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. It is considered therefore that the development accords with the aims of the Council’s adopted Development Plan.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS5, CS20, CS21, DP1, DP2, DP3, DP6 and DP7.
6 Informative Note: Notwithstanding any approved details made under planning provisions, should any noise, odour or other nuisance occur then action may be taken under statutory nuisance provisions.
