| 4 | (4) No burning of any materials shall take place at the site during demolition. REASON: In the interests of neighbour amenity. |
| 5 | Informative Note: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section. |
| 6 | Informative Note: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. |
| 7 | Informative Note: Notwithstanding any approved details made under planning provisions, should any noise, odour or other nuisance occur then action may be taken under statutory nuisance provisions. |
| 8 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
