| 2 | REASON FOR DECISION: In approving the application, the members of the Planning Committee were mindful of the reasons as to why the applicants had relocated the fence. In addition, whilst they noted the views of the Planning Inspector, in this particular case it was considered that the relocated fence was not so injurious to the amenity of the area or the street scene to merit a refusal of planning permission and that with some limited additional planting the appearance of the fence could be made acceptable. |
