# Condition Details
1 The proposed replacement dwelling due to its location, scale and massing would constitute overdevelopment and appear cramped to the detriment of the appearance of the area and is thereby considered to be contrary to the aims of Policies CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP9 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework.
2 The proposed development due to its location and size would have an overbearing impact upon the dwellings to the south to the detriment of the living conditions the occupiers may reasonably be expected to enjoy. The proposal is therefore considered to be contrary to the aims of Policies CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework
