1 Notwithstanding that the application is for Outline Permission the Local Planning Authority considers that any proposed vehicular access to the development from the adjoining highway (Child Street) to act as a permanent access to the site creates conditions prejudicial to highway safety contrary to policy CS1 (e) of the adopted Core Strategy July 2007 and DP3 (k) of the Development Policies DPD July 2007.
