# Condition Details
1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: REDCAR FAS/PL/031 Rev 1 (15/2); 030; 032 Rev 1; 034 Rev 1 and 033 Rev 1 received by the Local Planning Authority on 3 and 15 February 2012. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
2 The development represents an alteration to an already approved and implemented scheme and this development shall be completed in accordance with details of materials, landscaping,street furniture, lighting etc together with the ecology mitigation measures agreed for application reference R/2008/0853FFM. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. Further the proposal would not compromise the integrity of the local ecology and Designated sites. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
