REASON: The site is one that is considered appropriate for temporary/holiday accommodation but not for permanent residential accommodation due to limited on site private amenity space that would reasonably be expected. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
| 5 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS6, CS12, CS20, CS24, DP1, DP2, DP3, DP14 and DP17. |
| 6 | The applicant is advised to consider the information provided by the Environment Agency on 09/03/12 with regard to the requirements for permits relating to the discharge of foul sewage and surface water. |
| 7 | Informative Note: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section. |
| 8 | Informative Note: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. |
