# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'P Layout 12 11 Rev A Elevation' received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th February, 2012. 'P Layout 12 11 Rev A Plan Layout' received by the Local Planning Authority on 17th January, 2012. '002 Site Plan' received by the Local Planning Authority on 17th January, 2012. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within an area identified for industrial/warehousing purposes. The design and siting of the development takes account of the principles set out in the Council’s supplementary planning guidance. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2 and DP3.
5 Informative Note: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section.
6 Informative Note: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person.
