Standard Condition 3 – Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The advertisements hereby approved shall not be displayed until there is planning permission in place for the residential redevelopment of the Former Redcar and Cleveland College Connections Campus site. Reason: The advertisements are acceptable only in the context of a construction site. |
| 3 | The advertisements hereby permitted shall be removed from the land on or before 1 January 2017 unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of validity. REASON: The advertisements would not be suitable for permanent display. |
