# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The temporary accesses hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition within 9 months of the completion of the associated tower construction operations in accordance with a scheme of work submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2 and DP3..
5 Informative Note: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section.
6 Informative Note: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person.
