| 3 | Prior to the commencement of the repairs hereby approved samples of the materials shall be made available on the site for inspection by a representative of Development Management. REASON: To ensure satisfactory materials are used in the development. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan. |
