| 6 | Informative Note: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section. |
| 7 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development would not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
| 8 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
