# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted schedule of works and in accordance with the sample window and door section and elevation details and illustrative photographs prepared by Apex Eco Joinery and submitted to the Local Planning Authority on 28 May 2012. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: Due to the alteration propsed it is considered that the proposed development would preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS25, DP9 and DP10.
