| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposals change of use from a restaurant with self-contained residential accommodation at first floor to a six bedroom dwelling would create a larger dwelling at this site. Due to the recent history of the use of this site together with the alterations proposed would not compromise countryside policies, the landscape designation, residential amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. It is considered therefore that the development meets the aims of Policies CS1, CS2, CS6, CS20, CS22, DP1, DP2, DP3, DP7and DP14 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
