| 5 | Informative Note: Part of the land required for the proposed extension is designated as adopted highway. This area will need to be subject to a 'stopping-up' order under S116 of the Highways Act. The applicant will be responsible for all costs associated with this process. The applicant is to contact the Council's Development Engineer on 01287 61 2537 for information with respect to the procedure, prior to the commencements of any works. |
