# Condition Details
1 Details of the proposed improvements to the Fabian Road/C109 (Normanby Road) junction, (as outlined in the supporting Technical note 7 Rev 1: Normanby Road / Fabian Road junction – dated Nov 2011), shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These proposals and details shall be subject to a Stage 2 Road Safety Audit. The Audit shall be carried out in accordance Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of safety and the free flow of traffic on the Trunk Road (A1085) and the surrounding roads and junctions
2 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the mitigation measures proposed will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention. the mitigation measures are consider acceptable in terms of highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
