1 (1) The development shall be begun not later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: HG06 received 5th August, 2011. HG07 received 5th August, 2011. HG08 received 5th August, 2011. HG09 received 5th August, 2011. HG10 received 5th August, 2011. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 (3) The external elevations of the extension(s) hereby approved shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing dwelling/building. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 & DP9.
6 INFORMATIVE NOTE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person.
