2 (2) The development hereby approved shall be built in accordance with the submitted plan(s) Plan No. 4449/1 received by the Local Planning Authority on 26/08/2011 unless first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS20, DP2, DP1, DP2 and DP3.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within an area identified for industrial/warehousing purposes. The design and siting of the development takes account of the principles set out in the Council’s supplementary planning guidance. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted development plan.
