REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
2 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS5, CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP12.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The temporary advertisement due to its size, design and location is satisfactory in the context of this construction site and would be unlikely to create conditions prejudicial to amenity or public safety. The development therefore accords with the aims of Policies CS1, CS2, CS5, CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP12 and the Draft Shop Fronts and Advertisements SPD of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework
