1 (1) The development shall be begun not later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) The development hereby approved shall be built in accordance with the submitted plan(s) Plan No. SS/GI/222/13 received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th July 2011 unless first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS20, CS25, DP1, DP2, DP3, DP9, DP10, DP12 and Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan.
