# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall be begun not later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: PL – 06 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on 22.07.2011 PL – 09 received by the Local Planning Authority on 30.06.2011 PL – 11 received by the Local Planning Authority on 30.06.2011 PL – 10 received by the Local Planning Authority on 30.06.2011 PL – 07 received by the Local Planning Authority on 30.06.2011 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 (3) Any noise emitted from the new plant units shall not contribute any more than 3dB(A) to existing background noise levels, when measured at a distance of 1 meter from the façade of any adjacent dwelling and when calculated as an Leq(A) of 10 minutes. REASON: In the interest of the amenities of the area
4 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2, DP3 and CS18.
