# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall be begun not later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The development hereby approved shall be built in accordance with the submitted plans Plan No. 1055-10-007 & 1055-10-006 received by the Local Planning Authority on 1 June 2011 unless first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents, or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council’s adopted development plan and supplementary planning guidance.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS20, DP1, DP2 and DP3.
