# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

6 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development due to its location and design would not compromise the character or appearance of the area or the wider countryside, residential amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. The proposed development would therefore not compromise the aims of Policies CS1,CS2,CS7,CS12,CS13,CS14,CS15,CS20,CS26,DP1,DP2,DP3,DP6,DP7,DP14 and DP17 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework.
