3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS10, DP2, DP3 and DP6.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within an area identified for industrial purposes. The proposal does not raise concerns relating to health and safety nor is it considered to adversely impact upon the occupiers of neighbouring sites. The proposal therefore accords with polices CS1 CS10 DP3 and DP6 of the Local Development Framework 2007.
