| 2 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the effects of the wall remain similar to those assessed in determining the earlier application (R/2009/0766/FFM). The development therefore would not create conditions that would materially prejudice the character or appearance of the area, residential amenity, ecology, highway safety or crime prevention. The development therefore meets the aims of Polices CS1, CS2, CS6, CS20, CS24, DP1, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
