| 4 | (4) The development hereby approved shall be built in accordance with the plan(s) Plan No. P74_07/0006D, P74_07/005F & P74_004E received by the Local Planning Authority on 7TH April 2008 unless first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
