1 (1) The stables hereby approved shall be solely for the benefit of the landowner and for no other person. REASON: To ensure the development remains at an acceptable scale.
2 (2) The stables shall not be used for any commercial purpose and shall not be used as livery by any other person than the owner of the land or their immediate family. REASON: Commercial stabling would not be acceptable in this location.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2, DP3.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed variation and removal of conditions will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
