2 (2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Tr01received by the Local Planning Authority on 09.05.2011 DWG No 4 received by the Local Planning Authority on 16.05.2011. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2 and DP3.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
