| 5 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS6, CS18, CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP10. |
| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development due to the nature of the use proposed and the location of the building would be unlikely to create conditions that are prejudicial the special character or historic interest of the Conservation Area or the setting of the listed building. Further, it would be unlikely to create conditions prejudicial to amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. It is considered therefore that the proposal meets the aims of Policies CS1, CS2, CS6, CS18, CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3, DP9 and DP10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development framework and ‘Saved’ Policy SH7 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999. |
