# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
2 (2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 158 Sheet 2 – received 14th March, 2011. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 INFORMATIVE NOTE: The applicant is to contact the Council’s Naming & Numbering Officer, Sandra Beaty on 01287 612538, to make arrangements for the correct postal address for the development prior to commencement of any works.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan.
