# Condition Details
1 (1) The premises shall not be open to customers outside the hours of 08:00 – 22:00 Monday to Sunday. REASON: To safeguard the amenities of residential properties.
2 (2) The extension of opening hours is hereby permitted for a temporary period of one year from the date of this decision. At the end of that period the hours within which the premises may open to customers shall revert to the hours of 09:00 – 19:00 Monday to Saturday, unless a further planning permission is granted by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To safeguard the amenities of residential properties.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The council is concerned to ensure that the extension of the opening hours does not cause harm to the amenities of local residents. In view of the fact that the premises has not operated late at night on a regular basis, a further temporary consent is considered to be appropriate. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety.
