The development proposed for the siting of 2 no. wind turbines falls within the description of Part 3(i) of Schedule 2 to the 1999 Regulations and exceeds the threshold in Column 2 however in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority having taken into account the criteria in Schedule 3 of the 1999 Regulations the proposal would not be likely to have a significant effect on the environment by virtue of factors such as its nature , size or location. |
