Flood proofing measures detailed on page 2 of the FRA, scheme A and B to the proposed development, and, 3. An early flood warning installed as on page 2 of the FRA. | 7 | INFORMATIVE NOTE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. |
| 8 | INFORMATIVE NOTE: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section. |

| 11 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development due to the design, appearance, location and proposed use would not compromise the vitality or viability of the town centre, the character or appearance of the area, residential amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. It is considered therefore that it does not compromise the aims of Policies CS18, CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework or ‘saved’ Policies SH7 and SH8 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999. |
