# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed floor plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 09.11.2010 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 (3) The premises shall not be open to customers outside the following hours 08:30 till 19:00 (Monday to Sunday). REASON: To safeguard the amenities of residential properties
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2, DP3, CS18, CS25, DP9 and Interim Hot Food Takeaway Policy.
5 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development is considered to be appropriate within this existing commercial centre. It would not have an adverse impact on the character and amenity of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or adversely affect highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan.
