The opening hours shall revert to those granted under R/2010/0613/VC after 12 months. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. In addition the development is considered acceptable for a trial period of 12 months only, in accordance with the terms of the application in order that the local planning authority can assess any impact on local residential amenity during that period. |
